How do bulk savings work?
Order 4–30 of the same hamper to receive 7% savings, 31–499 for 10%, 500–999 for 12%, or 1,000–2,000 for 15%. Each product shows the exact rupee saving per hamper. Your bag applies the saving automatically. Different hamper types qualify separately; quantities across different products do not combine. Delivery and personalisation are quoted separately.
How do I enquire about a hamper?
Choose a hamper and select Enquire. It opens a WhatsApp draft for you to review and send. Browsing the website does not place an order.
Can I personalise my gift?
Tell us your message, occasion or branding ideas. We’ll confirm the options available for the chosen presentation.
Are the pictured contents final?
The photographs are styled previews. Final assortment, packaging and availability are confirmed when you enquire.
Can I enquire about multiple hampers?
Yes. Share your quantity, preferred date and destination so the team can discuss your gifting brief.
Where can you deliver, and how long does it take?
Please share your destination city, pincode and preferred date. The team confirms delivery options, preparation time and any charges with your quotation.
How are cancellations and returns handled?
Ask the team for the terms applicable to your hamper before confirming, particularly for personalised items and food products. Contact us directly about an existing enquiry.
