Everything you need to place an order with Plantè and know what happens next.
Choose your bowl
All four signature bowls are ₹349 each. Add your choices to your bag, then choose direct Plantè pickup. Contact our team if you need delivery while online route quoting is paused.
Payment
Website orders are prepaid. Cash on delivery is offered only to eligible customers after at least three previous orders have been completed. COD is for delivery orders; Plantè pickup is prepaid.
Delivery & timing
Online delivery quoting is currently paused. Contact Plantè to discuss a delivery request; the team will confirm route coverage and the fee before you pay. A preferred time is a request; Plantè confirms availability and timing.
Direct Plantè pickup
A-3, Aaditya Courtyard, Opp. Bharat Petroleum, Bakrol-Vadtal Road, Bakrol, Gujarat-388315. Select Plantè pickup during checkout.
Order progress
Sign in to My orders to see payment, order and fulfillment updates. Progress is updated by the Plantè team; this is not live GPS tracking.
Teatorium
Teatorium is a separate collaboration for bowls ordered or allocated through Teatorium. It does not handle direct Plantè website orders or direct Plantè pickup.
Ingredients & dietary needs
Please review the bowl details and contact Plantè before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary question. Ask the team to confirm ingredients for your specific order.
Change or cancel an order
Contact Plantè with your order ID as soon as possible. The team will confirm what can be changed based on the order and preparation status, and will explain any applicable refund.
