Ordering & payment

New customers prepay. Cash on delivery unlocks after three completed paid orders. Pickup is directly from Plantè; Teatorium handles only its own allocated orders. Preferred times are requests, not guaranteed slots.

Changes & cancellations

Contact +91 83200 86323 with your order ID for changes, cancellations or refund requests. Availability and resolution depend on preparation progress; the team will confirm with you.

Your information

We store your email, contact details, delivery address and order history to operate your account and fulfill orders. Payment details are handled by the payment provider. We do not store card details. Your bag is saved on this device.

When you choose “Share on WhatsApp”, your order, name, phone and fulfillment details are included in the message. Contact Plantè to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to required order-record retention.
