We use the details needed to keep your account, take care of your order and help when you contact us.
Service providers and storage
Supabase handles email authentication and stores your saved profile metadata. Plantè keeps encrypted contact details, order history, staff permissions and operational records on its application server. Razorpay handles online payment processing. Your bag is stored on your device; essential cookies keep you signed in. We do not use your details for marketing without a separate choice.
Information used for your account
Your email address is used to sign in with a one-time code. Your name, phone number, delivery address and order details help Plantè manage your account and fulfill your orders.
Payment information
Online payments are handled by the payment provider. Plantè does not store your card details. Order and payment status are retained so the team can fulfill orders and resolve support requests.
WhatsApp order handoff
If you choose Share on WhatsApp, your order summary and the contact and fulfillment details needed to discuss it are placed in a message for you to review and send.
Your choices
You can ask Plantè to access, correct or delete your account information by contacting +91 83200 86323. Some order records may need to be retained to fulfill or resolve an order and meet applicable recordkeeping duties.
